  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

  • Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Core Collective.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, activewear, fitness accessories, and personal-use items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
